Introduction
Welcome to CAMVERO. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment via WhatsApp or email. This acknowledgment does not constitute legal acceptance. The contract between you and CAMVERO is only formed upon dispatch of your goods.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. While we strive to ensure all details and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment
We accept secure bank transfers and common digital payment methods. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. In the event of non-payment or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipping
We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Orders are processed within 24 hours and estimated delivery is 2–5 working days. While we endeavor to meet these timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Warranty
Every CAMVERO timepiece is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage caused by misuse, cosmetic wear, battery replacement, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
Returns
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged after our inspection. Returns due to a change of mind are strictly not accepted once the product has been worn.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of CAMVERO and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
CAMVERO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
